我们依凭与台湾旭宝集团、美国Johnson Controls与新加坡CPG EMS合作积累的20年卓越的国际化视野和丰富的本地化运作经验，应客户需求提供落地解决中国问题的“一揽子物业管理解决方案”。
自1997年我们为华联集团大厦首次提供物业管理顾问服务以来，我们已为逾400家机构和近30万私人业主提供物业管理全面委托服务，亦为10多个城市近50家机构提供物业顾问咨询服务。
Based on the superexcellent international view and 20-year rich operational experiences
of localization accumulated by cooperation with Taiwan Silport Group, Johnson Controls
of USA and CPG EMS of Singapore, we can provide "a package of property management
solutions" dealing with associated issues in China to meet needs of customers.
Since 1997 when we provided property management consultancy services to Hualian
Group Building for the first time, we have already delivered fully authorized property
management services to more than 400 agencies and nearly 300,000 private owners,
as well as provided property consultancy services to nearly 50 agencies of more
than 10 cities.
