作为中国物业管理领域的先行者，上房物业1990年即管理当时上海最早的外销住宅，1992年始我们先后与台湾千翔大楼物业管理公司、美国Johnson Controls及新加坡CPG
EMS合资或合作，逐步建立系统的国际标准化体系和丰富的本地化运作经验。
我们推出的“99＋1”住宅物业管理服务，不仅向客户提供妥帖周全的秩序维护、保洁、绿化、设备设施管理等专业服务，亦致力于研发推广日臻完善的增值服务产品。
As a pioneer of property management field in China, SFPM was involved in the property
management services delivered to the first residential of foreign-sales in 1990.
We began to build relationships of joint venture or cooperation like with Taiwan YI-Sheng Building Property Management Company, Johnson Controls
of USA and CPG EMS in 1992, by which we gradually set up an international standardization system and
a wealth of operational experiences
of localization.
The "99 +1" residential property management services we have put forwarded not only
provide customers with a professional, appropriate and thorough services like order
maintenance, cleaning, greening, plant operations & maintenance, etc., but also
concentrate to do research & development and promotion of the improving products
of value-added services.

我们精心设计的“99＋1”生活管家服务，主要包含〔家政助手〕、〔居巢管家〕、〔资产顾问〕、〔休娱知音〕等4个单元，每单元各有若干服务产品。每至一处，我们根据当地实际与客户需求加以调适、细化与完善。“99＋1”管家服务的特色在于“零距离”和“放心安全”，因为这只有我们才能做到。
The "99 +1" life housekeeper services we carefully designed mainly include 4 units
of domestic aides, residential housekeepers, asset consultants and bosom friends
of leisure & entertainment, and each unit has a number of service products.
For each specific case, they maybe adjusted, refined and improved to meet the local
realities and needs of customers. "99 +1" featured housekeeper services are of "zero-distance"
and "assured security", which only we can meet.
