《上房物业》司刊
   “Shangfang Property Management”, the Company Journal.

 

SFPM的司刊《上房物业》自2002年8月创刊。
《上房物业》的任务之一是传递企业信息。记录甚至剖析企业重大活动和事件,而正是这些活动和事件在潜移默化中推动企业的发展,而剖析则透过事件本身,让员工了解企业生存、发展的思考。
《上房物业》的任务之二是宣导企业文化。我们一起在司刊上探讨企业的社会责任、内部客户服务、如何正确面对工作压力、正确的思维模式、围绕战略目标工作、时间管理以及企业和员工时刻具有危机意识等等,均与企业文化相契合。
《上房物业》的任务之三是研究企业问题、探索企业发展。通过理论研究和实务探讨相结合,几乎触及企业生存、发展的方方面面。可喜的是,其中的很多理论文章与前瞻性思考在进行可行性论证后已经运用到企业经营管理的实践当中。

“Shangfang Property Management”, the company journal, started its publication in August, 2002.
Transfer the information of company is its 1st task. Record or even analyze the major company activities and events, and it is these activities and events that promote the company in the nurture of development, and through analysis of such incidents themselves, the staff may understand the thinking of the survival and development of the company.
Guide the culture of company is its 2nd task. We, through this journal, discuss the issues of social responsibilities of the company, internal customer services, how to face the pressure of work properly, the correct mode of thinking, the strategic objectives oriented work, time management, as well as the company and its staff with a sense of crisis at all times and so on, and all stated above correspond with the culture of company.
Study the issues of the company and explore its business development is its 3rd task. With the combination of theoretical studies and practices discusses, we can almost touch all the aspects of company survival and its development. Fortunately, many thesis and prospective thinking have been applied to its business management practices after corresponding feasibility studies.

我公司从2001年开始构建企业的内部网站,网站开设“企业介绍” 、“企业新闻” 、“员工风采” 、“内部论坛”、“文件下载”等栏目。员工可以从内部网上了解企业的最新动态,下载企业的文件制度,还可以在内部论坛上发言,为企业发展出谋划策,提出自己的意见和建议。内部网站已经成为企业与员工交流和互动的重要平台。

The internal website of the company has been being built since 2001, the columns of "Company Profile", "Company News", " Elegant Appearances of Staff", "Internal Forum" and "Downloading" and so forth are offered. Via this website, the staff may understand the updated dynamic of company, download the documents and/or policies of company, as well as make speeches of ideas for the business development of company, and put forward their comments and suggestions in the column of internal forum. This website has become a key platform of communication and interaction between the company and its staff.


知识创新节
   Knowledge Innovation Festival

 

SFPM自2003年始举办“知识创新节”,包括知识竞赛、辩论赛、演讲与辩论比赛、论文和案例交流、课题交流等活动。“知识创新节”旨在把企业内优秀团队、员工的理念、前瞻性思考和工作经验通过多种形式表现与固化下来,并起到以点带面的示范和加深了解、增进团队合作的作用。论文、案例和课题的交流均紧紧围绕物业管理日常运作和前瞻性探索,通过这种特殊形式的交流与思想碰撞,使大家共同分享和提高。其中的“酬金制收费方式”、“服务采购模式的建立”等等课题已实际用于企业工作的改进甚至纳入战略思考与规划。

"Knowledge Innovation Day" has been being organized since 2003, including such activities as knowledge contests, debates, lectures and debates, view exchanges of thesis and cases and other subjects. "Knowledge Innovation Day" aims at expressing and setting down the concepts, prospective thinking and work experiences of the outstanding teams and employees through various forms, so as to serve as a model by the way of “point-to-surface”, as well as deepen understanding and enhance the role of teamwork. Papers, cases and subjects are closely focusing on the view exchange of day-to-day operations of property management services and prospective explorations. Through such special forms of communications and thinking collisions, we can share and make progress. Among which the subjects of "monetary reward method", "establishment of services procurement model" and so on have been applied to improve the business operations of company and even into the strategic thinking and planning.


优秀团队、星级员工评选
   Election Campaign of Excellent team and Star Level Employee

 

为了进一步激发员工的积极性和创造性,营造弘扬先进、鞭策落后的健康氛围,健全和完善企业的人才环境,树立上房物业特有的企业文化,我司从2000年开始举行“优秀团队”和“星级员工”的评选和表彰活动。活动每年举行一次,以表彰当年在公司中业绩最为卓越的团队与个人。历年来,已分别有公司市场部、新上海花园洋房客户服务中心、上南花城客户服务中心、金桥现代产业服务园客户服务中心和第一人民医院南院客户服务中心等五个集体被评为“优秀团队”,30多名个人被评为“星级员工”。

The election campaign and recognition activities of "excellent team" and "star level employees have been being held since 2000, for the purpose of further stimulating enthusiasms and creativities of its staff, creating a health atmosphere of promoting the advanced and spurring the backward, completing and improving the environment for talents of company, and fostering the unique culture of Shanghai Shangfang Property Management Co. Ltd. Such an activity is held annually in recognition of the most outstanding team and individuals of the company in the current year. Over the years, such 5 groups of the marketing department, the customer service center(CSC) of New Shanghai Garden Villas , CSC of Shangnan Huacheng, CSC of Jinqiao Modern Industries Services Park and CSC of Southern Branch of Shanghai No.1 Peoples Hospital have been separately rated as "excellent team", and more than 30 employees have been rated as "star level employee".
