Shanghai Shangfang Property Management Co., Ltd. started in 1987, when it delivered property management services to government offices, hotels and residential properties.
In 1990, SFPM was involved in the property management of the first residential of
foreign-sales in Shanghai. We began to build relationships of
joint venture or cooperation
like with Taiwan YI-Sheng Building Property Management Company, Johnson Controls
of USA and CPG EMS in 1992, by which we gradually set up an international standardization
system and a wealth of operational experiences of localization.
Headquartered in Shanghai, as well as we have many branch offices in Nanjing, Suzhou,
Wuxi, Yangzhou of Jiangsu province, Hangzhou, Ningbo of Zhejiang province, and Chengdu
of Sichuan province etc., dealing in property management, consulting, property investment and marketing agency services.
As an independent third-party property services company of
the highest degree of marketization in China, we are delivering a package of property management and related
