Shanghai Auto City Property Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Auto
City Property") is jointly invested and set up by Shanghai Shangfang Property Management
Co., Ltd. and SAIC Shanghai Auto City Development Co., Ltd., aimed at providing
public property management services to Shanghai International Auto City and its
surrounding areas. It is a qualified enterprise of Class II of national level.
The facilities to which Auto City Property is delivering services include office
buildings, museums, galleries, parks, commercial walking street, and industrial
plants, etc. The major facilities are Shanghai International Automobile Museum,
Shanghai Automotive Exhibition Center, Parts Procurement Center, Auto Market, Motor expo park, Pedestrian
